We offer a unique surprise for your students to commemorate their accomplishments, holidays, meet-the-teacher night, or as an end-of-year. Your school will benefit from 15% of the sales.  To place your order, please contact us here!

Invite us to your next sports event, family fun day, or student recognition day, and we'll prepare delicious kettle corn and fresh squeezed lemonade. Additionally, 15% of the sales will be donated back to your school.  To schedule us to come to your school please contact us here!

Section 4: The Fundraiser Policy

The Fundraiser!

Our fundraisers give your organization 50% back!

Each bag of popcorn is $12, and your organization keeps $6 from every bag sold. That means the more you sell, the more your raise! Our popcorn is zip sealed in our large 7X15 bags.


The Process

  1. Get Started

    Once we receive your interst form, we will email an order form that you can print off for each of your participants. All fundraiser communications will come from: masgourmetkettlecorn@gmail.com

  2. Collect Orders & Payments

    Participants will collect customer orders and payment.

    Please make sure all checks are made payable to your organization (NOT Ma's Gourmet Kettle Corn)

  3. Submit Your Final Numbers

    Once the fundraiser ends, email your final number to: masgourmetkettlecorn@gmail.com

    We will use your final numbers to prepare your order and send your organization a Square invoice for the total amount due.

  4. Payment & Popping

    The invoice must be paid before we begin popping your order.

    Because we make your kettle corn fresh specifically for your fundraiser, we do not begin production until we have received your final counts and payment.

  5. Your Order is Ready!

    Once your order is complete, we will deliver your order to the address submitted.


A Few Final Things

  • Please check your order when you receive it and report any missing or incorrect items immediately.

  • Store your kettle corn in a cool, dry place and keep bags sealed until ready to eat.

  • Our fundraiser does not currently offer shipping. Fundrasiers are only availble for Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley Counties in South Carolina.
